Shipping Policy

1. Order Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays are processed on the next working day.

2. Shipping Methods & Delivery Time

  • We ship through trusted courier partners such as India Post and Professional Courier.
  • Standard delivery time is approximately 3–7 business days.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are calculated based on product weight and delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be available during promotional offers.

4. Order Tracking

  • Tracking details are shared through SMS, WhatsApp or Email after dispatch.

5. Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • If your package arrives damaged, report it within 24–48 hours with photographs/videos.
  • Lost shipments will be investigated and handled according to the courier's process.

Return & Replacement

1. Return Eligibility

Returns may be considered in the following situations:

  • Product is damaged or defective on arrival.
  • Product is not working when received.
  • Wrong item was delivered.
  • Return requests should be raised within 7 days of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items

  • Products damaged due to incorrect wiring.
  • Products damaged due to misuse or short circuit.
  • Products with physical damage.
  • Customized or special-order products.
  • Burnt PCBs or tampered products.
  • Products with broken security seals.

3. Replacement Policy

  • Replacement requests are evaluated based on product condition and warranty eligibility.
  • Processing time may take approximately 3–5 business days after the product is received and inspected.
  • If replacement stock is unavailable, an appropriate resolution may be offered.

4. Refund Policy

  • Refund eligibility depends on the specific order, product condition and applicable policy.
  • Refunds are not provided for products damaged due to wrong wiring, misuse, overload, short circuit or physical damage.

5. Warranty Coverage

  • Electronic products come with a standard 12-month warranty unless otherwise specified.
  • Warranty covers manufacturing defects only.

Warranty Does NOT Cover

  • Short circuit.
  • High voltage damage.
  • Overload damage.
  • Water or moisture damage.
  • Wrong wiring or incorrect installation.
  • Physical damage.
  • Burnt components or PCBs.
  • Unauthorized modification or repair.

6. Return Shipping

  • For eligible defective or wrong items, return shipping may be covered by New Qbitronics.
  • For non-defective returns requested by the customer, return shipping charges may be borne by the customer.
